My little foster dog Kimchee is very loving with me but is scared of new people but my resident dogs are helping her learn that not all new people are scary. She is a very clever little dog. Sleeps in a designated dog room at night, stays there when I'm gone, uses both potty pads and goes outside and is a great little eater. She loves dehydrated liver, chicken jerky and other tasty treats. She was found in E Portland DUMPED in severely matted condition and brought to MCAS by a private citizen who employed the use of a live trap. SSDR tagged them for rescue and she is being fostered in Milwaukie Oregon. She needs a kind and patient owner who will give her opportunities to grow emotionally and learn that new people aren't all scary.
